Managing Successful Teams and Projects
How to develop and manage successful sales and project teams
Everyone works in and is part of a team, whether sales, departmental, task or project based. Few results can be achieved without reference to teamwork and teamwork is at the heart of successfully winning new business and managing large accounts.
However, understanding how to lead and work effectively in teams is often lacking. Sometimes, so is the willingness to do so, especially in companies with ‘silo’ or highly competitive cultures.
This three day Team and Project Leadership course successfully tackles these issues to produce effective teamworking and leadership. Certain aspects of the content are also built into the Springboard© and Darwin© programmes.
"The 20:60:20 rule for sales performance is found across almost all companies:
20% are top performers – give direction, need little supervision;
60% are average performers – focus management attention here to maximise ROI;
20% are poor performers – improve or move"
